Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 24 miniature milk chocolate covered peanut butter cups
Method
- Heat oven.
- Line
- muffin pan with paper cups.
- In large bowl, combine everything, except peanut butter cups.
- Fill prepared cups 2/3 full with batter.
- Remove wrapping for peanut butter cups and press into batter until tops are level.
