Ingredients
- 1 c. softened butter
- 1 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method
- Cream butter and peanut butter together.
- Add powdered sugar and graham crackers.
- Spread mixture out into a cookie sheet pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 3/4-inch size.
- Melt chips and spread over mixture.
- Refrigerate until hardened.
- Cut into squares.
