Ingredients
- 1/3 c. chicken fat
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 9 oz. spaghetti
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 c. tomatoes
- 1/4 lb. grated cheese
Method
- Heat fat.
- Add onion, garlic and soup.
- Cook 10 minutes.
- Add flour and stir well. Add stock and cook over low heat until thick. Add chicken, tomatoes and cheese.
- Pour spaghetti in buttered pans.
- Pour on chicken and mix gently.
- Bake 25 minutes in
- a 375° oven.
