Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. chicken fat
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 c. chicken stock
  • 9 oz. spaghetti
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 3 c. cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 c. tomatoes
  • 1/4 lb. grated cheese

Method

  • Heat fat.
  • Add onion, garlic and soup.
  • Cook 10 minutes.
  • Add flour and stir well. Add stock and cook over low heat until thick. Add chicken, tomatoes and cheese.
  • Pour spaghetti in buttered pans.
  • Pour on chicken and mix gently.
  • Bake 25 minutes in
  • a 375° oven.
