Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
- 1 chocolate crumb crust (9inch)
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
Method
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Mix in peanut butter and sugar.
- Gradually add milk; mix well.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon into crust.
- Chill until set.
- Sprinkle with peanuts.
