Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
- graham cracker crust
Method
- Place cream cheese in mixer bowl; add peanut butter and vanilla.
- Let mix for a minute.
- Add milk slowly, scraping bowl. After mixture is well blended, slowly add confectioners sugar. Remove from mixer and fold in Cool Whip.
- Turn into crust.
- Cover with lid that came with pie crust and seal.
- Place in freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
