Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip
  • graham cracker crust

Method

  • Place cream cheese in mixer bowl; add peanut butter and vanilla.
  • Let mix for a minute.
  • Add milk slowly, scraping bowl. After mixture is well blended, slowly add confectioners sugar. Remove from mixer and fold in Cool Whip.
  • Turn into crust.
  • Cover with lid that came with pie crust and seal.
  • Place in freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
