Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- 9 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust
- Cool Whip for top
Method
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and 3/4 cup of peanut butter with milk.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour into crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Spread with the other half of peanut butter.
- Top with Cool Whip as desired and refrigerate.
