- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 2/3 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 c. nondairy whipped topping
- 2 small pkg. instant pudding (1 vanilla, 1 chocolate) mixed with 2 3/4 c. milk
Method
- To make crust:
- Crumb together margarine, flour and dry roasted peanuts. Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Cool.
