Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 pkg. chocolate chips or chocolate bark

Method

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar.
  • Melt peanut butter and 1 1/2 sticks of margarine together; combine with crumb mixture. Mix well.
  • Spread in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; pack well. Melt 1/2 stick margarine and chocolate chips until smooth.
  • Spread over top of crumb layer.
  • When cool, cut into squares.
