Ingredients

  • 100 grams Cake flour
  • 1 tbsp Katakuriko
  • 40 grams Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Milk

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Knead well until the dough comes together.
  • When you are cutting shapes with cookie cutters, roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cover with plastic wrap, then let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • You could also roll them into your preferred size balls and bake instead.
  • You can either use cookie cutters or a knife to cut shapes.
  • Bake them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 170C / 340F.
