Ingredients
- 100 grams Cake flour
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 40 grams Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Milk
Method
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Knead well until the dough comes together.
- When you are cutting shapes with cookie cutters, roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cover with plastic wrap, then let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- You could also roll them into your preferred size balls and bake instead.
- You can either use cookie cutters or a knife to cut shapes.
- Bake them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes at 170C / 340F.
