Ingredients
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Beat peanut butter, water, butter, eggs and half of the cake mix (dry) until smooth.
- Stir in remaining cake mix.
- Drop dough by teaspoon 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
- With fork dipped in flour, flatten in crisscross pattern.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
- Makes 4 dozen.
