Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- chocolate Kisses (optional)
Method
- Mix flour, salt and baking soda.
- Set aside.
- Mix margarine, peanut butter and sugars, mixing well.
- Add eggs; beat well.
- Stir flour mixture into peanut butter mixture.
- Drop by teaspoon on pan; flatten with fork or drop by teaspoon on pan and flatten just a little.
- Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes and while still warm put chocolate Kiss on top.
- Cool.
- Makes 4 to 5 dozen cookies.
