Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
Method
- Cream sugar, Crisco, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips.
- Bake at 325° in well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 to 30 minutes or until top of brownies turn light brown and edges start coming away from side. Cut while hot.
