Ingredients
- 2 c. shortening
- 2 1/4 qt. dark brown sugar
- 3 c. peanut butter
- 12 eggs
- 3 lb. flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/4 c. vanilla
Method
- In mixing bowl, thoroughly cream shortening, sugar and peanut butter.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, until blended well.
- In separate bowl sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
- In a separate bowl, mix milk and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients, alternating with milk and peanut butter mixture.
- Blend well.
- Use #24 scoop and portion into cupcake liners.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
- Remove from pan and cool.
