Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzos (chickpeas), drained
- 2/3 c. garbanzo juice
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 2/3 c. chopped olives
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
Method
- Blend
- the garbanzo beans, garbanzo juice, lemon juice, tomato paste
- and
- onion powder together.
- Add chopped olives and peanut butter.
- Stir into the blended mixture.
- Serve as a dip or on crackers.
- Add salsa if you like a Mexican flavor.
