Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzos (chickpeas), drained
  • 2/3 c. garbanzo juice
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 2/3 c. chopped olives
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter

Method

  • Blend
  • the garbanzo beans, garbanzo juice, lemon juice, tomato paste
  • and
  • onion powder together.
  • Add chopped olives and peanut butter.
  • Stir into the blended mixture.
  • Serve as a dip or on crackers.
  • Add salsa if you like a Mexican flavor.
