Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 8 ounces salsa
Method
- Brown pork on each side with garlic in a skillet over medium high heat, about 6-9 minutes.
- Mix preserves and salsa in a measuring cup.
- Pour over chops.
- Cover and simmer for at least 15 minutes. (The longer the better, I just don't ever have any more time!).
- Serve over rice!
