- 3/4 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 1/4 oz. vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 (15 to 20 oz.) can peaches, well drained (save juice)
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. reserved juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Combine flour, butter, milk, egg, baking powder and vanilla pudding.
- Pour into pan.
- Place peaches over batter.
- Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved juice.
- Spoon over batter.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon over cream cheese filling.
- Bake until brown at 350° about 30 to 35 minutes.
