Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 1/4 oz. vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1 (15 to 20 oz.) can peaches, well drained (save juice)
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. reserved juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Method

  • Combine flour, butter, milk, egg, baking powder and vanilla pudding.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Place peaches over batter.
  • Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved juice.
  • Spoon over batter.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon over cream cheese filling.
  • Bake until brown at 350° about 30 to 35 minutes.
