Ingredients

  • 3 large peaches (ripe not hard)
  • 8 ounces heavy cream
  • 34 cup Splenda granular
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
  • 12 cup all-purpose flour
  • 18 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 -- mix sugar and flour and Cinnamon in bowl -- Sprinkle flour mixture into the pie shell.
  • Peel peaches and chop in chunks put in pie shell sprinkle rest of flour mixture over peaches.
  • pour heavy cream over filling -- stir mixture till mixed in pie shell.
  • Cover completely with cream.
  • Bake 35 to 45 minutes till peaches are golden.
  • Serve hot or cool on the rack.
