Ingredients

  • 1 whole Peach, Frozen Or Fresh
  • 1/2 cups Old Fashion Oats
  • 1/2 cups Milk, Skim Nonfat
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Torani Sugar Free Coconut Syrup
  • 1 dash Cinnamon

Method

  • If using a frozen peach (see my recipe box), thaw in the microwave for 1 minute. If using fresh peach, cut into cubes.
  • Mix all above ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and enjoy.
  • I like my oatmeal a little runny with high texture, so if you like yours more "mushy" and thick, increase cook time to 2 minutes. Be careful though: it will be HOT!
