Ingredients
- 1 whole Peach, Frozen Or Fresh
- 1/2 cups Old Fashion Oats
- 1/2 cups Milk, Skim Nonfat
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Torani Sugar Free Coconut Syrup
- 1 dash Cinnamon
Method
- If using a frozen peach (see my recipe box), thaw in the microwave for 1 minute. If using fresh peach, cut into cubes.
- Mix all above ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and enjoy.
- I like my oatmeal a little runny with high texture, so if you like yours more "mushy" and thick, increase cook time to 2 minutes. Be careful though: it will be HOT!
