Ingredients

  • 2 13/16 ounces plain chocolate
  • 2 sheets gelatin
  • 7/8 cup buttermilk
  • 5 9/16 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Method

  • Melt the chocolate in a bain marie. Soak the gelatin in warm water for 5 minutes.
  • Warm the buttermilk and sugar in a small saucepan.
  • Add the chocolate and liqueur.
  • Strain the gelatine and add to the pan, stir until dissolved.
  • Whip the cream and add to the mixture.
  • Fill Popsicle moulds with the creamy mix and the sticks. Place in refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
  • Before serving, remove popsicles from the molds and dust with crushed toasted hazelnuts and chocolate or colored sprinkles.
