Ingredients
- 2 13/16 ounces plain chocolate
- 2 sheets gelatin
- 7/8 cup buttermilk
- 5 9/16 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
- 1/2 cup sugar
Method
- Melt the chocolate in a bain marie. Soak the gelatin in warm water for 5 minutes.
- Warm the buttermilk and sugar in a small saucepan.
- Add the chocolate and liqueur.
- Strain the gelatine and add to the pan, stir until dissolved.
- Whip the cream and add to the mixture.
- Fill Popsicle moulds with the creamy mix and the sticks. Place in refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
- Before serving, remove popsicles from the molds and dust with crushed toasted hazelnuts and chocolate or colored sprinkles.
