Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
  • 4 boneless-skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 3 c. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice

Method

  • Drain peaches, keeping syrup.
  • Add in water to syrup to make a c.. Set aside.
  • Brown chicken in warm oil in skillet.
  • Add in water-syrup mix, butter, vinegar, sugar and allspice.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Cover and reduce heat and simmer 5 min.
  • Stir in stuffing mix and peaches.
  • Remove from heat and let stand 5 min.
  • Makes 4 servings.
