Ingredients

  • 3 c. fresh peaches, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. Bisquick

Method

  • Place peaches in bottom of 9-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon and 1/2 cup of the sugar over peaches.
  • Melt margarine slightly, then mix it into the cream cheese, vanilla and remaining 1/2 cup of sugar.
  • Beat in the egg and then the Bisquick.
  • Scoop mixture on top of the peaches and spread evenly. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve with ice cream, if desired.
  • Makes 9 servings.
