Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups of flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 pkg (3oz.) vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Quart frozen peaches (thawed and drained) or canned or fresh
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. peach juice

Method

  • Beat 1st seven ingredients. Pour into 10 inch pie pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Put peaches on top of batter. Beat 8 oz. cream cheese,1/2 cup sugar, and 3 Tbsp.
  • of peach juice. Spoon over peaches, leaving a 1 inch space around the edge. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Does not look to good but is it delicious!
