Ingredients
- 3/4 cups of flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pkg (3oz.) vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Quart frozen peaches (thawed and drained) or canned or fresh
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. peach juice
Method
- Beat 1st seven ingredients. Pour into 10 inch pie pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Put peaches on top of batter. Beat 8 oz. cream cheese,1/2 cup sugar, and 3 Tbsp.
- of peach juice. Spoon over peaches, leaving a 1 inch space around the edge. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Does not look to good but is it delicious!
