Ingredients
- 2 cans Sea Side lima beans
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 10 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
Method
- Drain canned lima beans and save liquid.
- Cut bacon into small pieces.
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Add more bean liquid if needed.
- Lay several more bacon strips across top of beans.
- Bake 1 hour 15 minutes at 350°.
