Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salt
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Method
- Sift dry ingredients and add remaining ingredients.
- Cook in double boiler about 5 minutes or until thick.
- Delicious with ham or summer sausage.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
