Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. sugar (I omit)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. plus oil
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Combine flour, salt and sugar.
- Stir well.
- Mix oil and milk and pour in flour mixture.
- Stir well.
- Pat in 9-inch pie plate. Can pour in pie mixture or bake for pie shell at 425° for about 10 minutes (prick crust with fork before baking).
