Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2/3 c. buttermilk
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Make into a ball of dough. Knead the dough until it gets hard enough to roll out.
- Divide it in half; roll it out.
- Put in pan.
- Makes 2 pastry pie shells.
