Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 2 containers (4 oz.) Cool Whip
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (red)
- berries (garnish)
Method
- Mix cake as directed on package.
- Prepare 2 layer pans with Pam spray.
- I use 8-inch or 9-inch or heart shape pans.
- Bake as directed.
- Cool cakes on rack.
- Split each into 2 layers for filling.
