Ingredients
- pasta tagliatelle, or other preferred pasta
- 1 inch water
- 2 cans tuna
- 1/2 cup heavy cream may substitute milk or plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
- 2 tomatoes diced, may substitute 250 grams tomato puree
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- salt
- bouillon
Method
- While the pasta is cooking, place a little olive oil into a pan, and heat at medium heat. Saute the onion and garlic slightly.
- Drain the cans of tuna and add to the pan. Mix into the onion and garlic, and allow the liquid to evaporate for 1 minute.
- Add the tomato and heavy cream. Lower the heat to low and mix. Add the salt and bouillon to taste.
- When the pasta is ready, drain it, and add it to the tuna mixture.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and serve.
