Ingredients

  • 1 package 8 Oz. Dried Pasta (12 Oz. Fresh Pasta)
  • 3/4 cups Plain Yogurt
  • 1/4 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried Dill Weed Or 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons White Pepper
  • 1/2 pounds Small, Cooked, Shelled Shrimp

Method

  • Cook pasta while you are making the sauce.
  • Drain well.
  • Gently heat the yogurt, cream, soy, Worcestershire, dry mustard, dill and pepper.
  • Do not allow to boil.
  • Add shrimp and heat to serving temperature.
  • Toss with hot well-drained pasta and serve immediately on warmed plates.
  • Add some good quality fresh shredded parmesan on top if desired.
  • Enjoy.
