Ingredients
- 1 package 8 Oz. Dried Pasta (12 Oz. Fresh Pasta)
- 3/4 cups Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Dill Weed Or 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill Finely Chopped
- 1/4 teaspoons White Pepper
- 1/2 pounds Small, Cooked, Shelled Shrimp
Method
- Cook pasta while you are making the sauce.
- Drain well.
- Gently heat the yogurt, cream, soy, Worcestershire, dry mustard, dill and pepper.
- Do not allow to boil.
- Add shrimp and heat to serving temperature.
- Toss with hot well-drained pasta and serve immediately on warmed plates.
- Add some good quality fresh shredded parmesan on top if desired.
- Enjoy.
