- 11/16 pound pasta
- 1 3/8 cups cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoons pate with black olives;
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- chopped parsley
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- pasta
- water salted
- pasta olive
- black olives
Method
- In a bowl put the ricotta and cottage cheese with 2/3 tablespoons of cooking water until it becomes creamy.
- Then add the olive pasta and cheese, combining possibly still a little hot water.
- To finish, add the chopped parsley, adjust salt and a little oil.
