Ingredients
- 12 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 12 cups heavy cream
- 6 ounces gorgonzola
- 1 lb fresh fettuccine pasta
Method
- In a medium frying pan, toast walnuts and then set aside.
- In a large saucepan, boil cream over medium heat until reduced to about 1 1/4 cups; be careful not to boil over.
- Stir in cheese until melted.
- Meanwhile cook pasta.
- Drain.
- Toss pasta with sauce and serve topped with walnuts.
