- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced salami
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced ham
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 medium head escarole *
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- *Important to use escarole as it will not wilt.
