Ingredients
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 2 tbs. caviar
- fresh chopped parsley
- 3/4 pound farfalle
Method
- Place pasta in boiling, salted water and cook per directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter over medium heat in saucepan. Add cream and warm through. Chop smoked salmon and add to cream. Keep warm on low.
- Drain pasta, add sauce to pasta and stir until pasta is coated through with sauce. Add caviar and toss gently.
- Serve immediately with chopped parsley on top as garnish.
