Ingredients

  • 2 tbs. butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • 2 tbs. caviar
  • fresh chopped parsley
  • 3/4 pound farfalle

Method

  • Place pasta in boiling, salted water and cook per directions.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter over medium heat in saucepan. Add cream and warm through. Chop smoked salmon and add to cream. Keep warm on low.
  • Drain pasta, add sauce to pasta and stir until pasta is coated through with sauce. Add caviar and toss gently.
  • Serve immediately with chopped parsley on top as garnish.
