Ingredients
- 1 lb. mild sausage, brown and drain
- 1 lb. lean hamburger, brown and drain
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (I use less)
- dash of garlic salt
- dash of oregano
- 2 pkg. party rye
Method
- Brown sausage and hamburger in skillet; drain.
- Melt Velveeta and add to meat mixture.
- Season with herbs.
- Spread mixture by spoonfuls on party rye and broil until bubbly, 10 to 15 minutes, just before serving.
