Ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Boil the chicken breasts until tender; cool and bone.
- Mix chicken soup, mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice; spread over chicken.
- Sprinkle with almonds and potato chips.
- Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
