Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Milk
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 3 teaspoons Butter Or Margarine
  • 2 teaspoons Ricotta Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • 1. In a small bowl, beat together the eggs, milk and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  • 2. Heat your stovetop to medium heat.
  • 3. Take the butter/margarine and put it in a skillet before it heats. Then place the skillet on the heat and allow it to melt and start bubbling.
  • 4. Then put the egg mixture into the pan.
  • 5. Turn heat to low.
  • 6. Mix the eggs using a wooden spoon then let them sit.
  • 7. Do not leave the pan. While eggs are still runny sprinkle the cheeses over the top.
  • 8. Watch the eggs until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • 9. Scramble the eggs around a bit and plate!
  • 10. Eat! Eat! Eat!
