Ingredients

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil ( for coating skillet)

Method

  • Sift dry ingredients in medium bowl ( flour, sugar, salt, baking powder) set aside.
  • In smaller bowl beat the eggs and milk.
  • Add egg mixture with dry mixture.
  • Mix until smooth
  • Add more milk depending on elevation.
  • Add a little oil to the skillet.
  • If using nonstick pans you can skip this step to make healthier.
  • Use about 3 tblsp of batter per pancake to make small pancakes, more for larger
