Ingredients
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil ( for coating skillet)
Method
- Sift dry ingredients in medium bowl ( flour, sugar, salt, baking powder) set aside.
- In smaller bowl beat the eggs and milk.
- Add egg mixture with dry mixture.
- Mix until smooth
- Add more milk depending on elevation.
- Add a little oil to the skillet.
- If using nonstick pans you can skip this step to make healthier.
- Use about 3 tblsp of batter per pancake to make small pancakes, more for larger
