Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. cold butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 pkg. peanut butter chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tsp. shortening

Method

  • Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl.
  • Cut in butter until crumbly.
  • Add eggs.
  • Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.
  • Remove.
  • Top with chips.
  • Pour milk over; sprinkle with coconut.
  • Bake for 20 minutes more.
  • Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and shortening.
  • Drizzle over top.
