Ingredients
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1 pt. oysters with juice
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
- dash of black pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
Method
- Heat milk and cream to just ready to boil, over low to medium heat.
- In small pan, put remaining ingredients, including oyster liquid.
- Cook until edges start to curl on oysters.
- Add to milk mix and serve immediately.
