Ingredients
- 1 qt. oysters
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 lb. Ritz crackers, rolled into crumbs
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 pt. half and half cream
Method
- In 3-quart casserole, use half of oysters.
- Add 1/2 cup celery and 1/2 of Ritz cracker crumbs.
- Then add other oysters, celery and cracker crumbs.
- Pour half and half cream and butter, melted, on top of casserole.
- Bake in oven at 325° until lightly brown. Serves 10 or more.
