Ingredients
- 1 pkg. oxtails
- vegetables (canned or frozen)
- 1 onion
- pepper
- salt
- onion or garlic powder
Method
- Season oxtails using garlic/onion powder in 4-quart pot.
- Boil meat at medium-low temperature for 1 1/2 hours.
- Add onion, vegetables and more seasoning (your taste).
- Once vegetables have been added, cover pot and let it come to a boil.
- After it reaches boiling point, lower heat to medium low setting and continue to cook for an additional 1 1/2 hours until vegetables are tender.
