Ingredients
- 2 c. cut up tuna (or you can use chicken)
- 2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Combine and pile lightly into individual baking dishes or a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or Cheddar).
- Bake until bubbly in a 425° oven (about 10 to 15 minutes).
- This is a great way to use the end of the box corn flakes that nobody wants to finish up.
