Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- flour
- seasonings (a little Parmesan cheese is good)
- 1 frying chicken, cut up
Method
- Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
- In a paper bag, mix flour and seasonings.
- Cut up frying chicken.
- Place pieces in bag and coat with seasoning mixture.
- Place chicken pieces in pan, skin side down, and bake for 1/2 hour.
- Turn pieces and bake for 1/2 hour more.
