Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. each onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano and salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. diet margarine

Method

  • Rinse
  • breasts and pat dry.
  • Combine cornflake crumbs, seasonings and Parmesan cheese in a plastic bag.
  • Dip chicken in milk
  • and place in the bag of crumbs.
  • Shake until coated. Place chicken in foil-lined baking dish and drizzle each piece with melted
  • diet margarine.
  • Bake in preheated 425° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
  • Yield: 6 servings.
