Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. each onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano and salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. diet margarine
Method
- Rinse
- breasts and pat dry.
- Combine cornflake crumbs, seasonings and Parmesan cheese in a plastic bag.
- Dip chicken in milk
- and place in the bag of crumbs.
- Shake until coated. Place chicken in foil-lined baking dish and drizzle each piece with melted
- diet margarine.
- Bake in preheated 425° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Yield: 6 servings.
