Ingredients
- 1 fryer, cut up
- 1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
Method
- Melt butter in baking dish.
- Put flour and seasoning into paper bag.
- Put cut up chicken in bag and shake well.
- Then place in dish in butter and put into preheated oven at 325° or 350°. Cook 30 minutes and turn over. Cook about 30 minutes longer. Depends on the size of chicken.
