Ingredients

  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) cut-up fryer
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine

Method

  • Combine sour cream with seasonings.
  • Dip chicken pieces in sour cream mixture.
  • Coat pieces in bread crumbs.
  • Pour melted butter into a baking pan.
  • Place chicken pieces in pan, skin side up.
  • Bake in a 400° oven for 1 hour or until tender.
