- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) cut-up fryer
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
Method
- Combine sour cream with seasonings.
- Dip chicken pieces in sour cream mixture.
- Coat pieces in bread crumbs.
- Pour melted butter into a baking pan.
- Place chicken pieces in pan, skin side up.
- Bake in a 400° oven for 1 hour or until tender.
