Ingredients
- 1 whole brisket
- sprinkle with celery salt, onion salt, garlic powder, lemon pepper and 1 bottle liquid smoke
- salt and pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- barbecue sauce
Method
- Night before sprinkle with celery salt, onion salt, garlic powder, lemon pepper and liquid smoke.
- Sprinkle generously!
- Wrap up and seal in foil.
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
