Ingredients
- 4 cups bran flake cereal with peaches, raisins and almonds
- 24 fl oz fat-free milk
- 2 100% whole wheat
- 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
Method
- Combine 1 cup cereal and 3/4 cup milk into each of 4 bowls.
- Enjoy 1/2 English muffin spread with 1 tsp.
- margarine with each serving.
- Complement each breakfast meal with an 8 fl oz glass of water.
