Ingredients
- 2 lb. ribs, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 1 sliced onion
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp. chili powder
Method
- Brown floured ribs in shortening.
- Put in small roaster. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over ribs.
- Cover and bake 2 hours at 350°.
- Add more water, as needed.
