Ingredients

  • 1 (16 to 20 oz.) pkg. frozen tiny peas, thawed and drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can shrimp, lobster, crab or imitation crab
  • 1 c. finely chopped celery
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. unsalted cashews
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can chow mein noodles
  • lettuce leaves (garnish)

  • Combine first

  • bowl and toss well. Cover and
  • refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Add cashews and noodles; toss again.
  • Serve on lettuce.
